REALIZATION OF CONTENT (in advance)
As a client you provide the names (and further relevant details) of the persons who need to be interviewed or filmed for a text or image/video production.
If on-location filming is required, you must ensure that permission has been obtained for filming by Eisma Content Marketing (ECM).
When the person to be interviewed and the location are known, ECM can schedule and execute the project.
If you want ECM to arrange the appointments and the permission, we can take care of this at an additional charge.
RECEIPT OF CONTENT
You will receive blogs, press releases, texts for project documentations, whitepapers and other textual productions as plain text (Word document), which you may use for your (online) platforms.
You will receive photo material in high resolution.
You will receive video material as MP4 file with a high image quality that you can place directly on your YouTube or Vimeo channel. This also applies to animation videos. You can also read our whitepaper with tips about marketing your video.
Infographics are supplied as PDF and as JPEG files.
Files are usually sent via WeTransfer.
If you want a document to be designed in your own house style, we will be pleased to take care of that at an additional charge. In that case we would like to receive logos, images and a house style manual, if applicable.
DISTRIBUTON OF CONTENT
Prior to the content creation ECM will make a content planning with you. It will be agreed when ECM will deliver the first version for approval and on which date the delivery of the final product will take place. It may be that the planning will be adjusted if insufficient input has been provided or if the client or other relevant parties involved do not respond in a timely manner.
